Join Becks for Yoga at The Courtyard

Becks is excited to be bringing her popular Classic Yoga class to the Courtyard!

Every Thursday from January 11th 130-230pm £6 just drop in and bring a Yoga mat if you have one (spares are available!)

Open to all it is a great hour that will strengthen the body and mind, stretch the muscles and leave you with that “ahhhhh” feeling after relaxation.

Yoga emphasises the link between mind, body and breath. It helps, on a physical level, to improve strength, flexibility and energy. Additional benefits include a deeper sense of awareness, better concentration, increased self-confidence and well-being and a calm and relaxed mind. It can also improve the general quality of life and the ability to live in the moment. Yoga is not competitive and each student is encouraged to work towards his/her full potential. Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing), meditation and relaxation are key features of this class.
