THE TAPATHON is a taptastic event that happens nation wide with approximately 10,000 dancers across the country from age 6-86 all performing the same routine on the same day & at the same time for 12 minutes. There are 104 people aged 6 – 66 signed up to the Hereford Tapathon so it will definitely louder & bigger than 2011 & we hope our efforts will make it a record breaker as well as raising lots of money!

This year it will be held on Sunday 18th November 10am-1pm at the fantastic thePoint4 along Venns Lane in Hereford. Their wonderful sports hall can cater for over 300 participants with large amounts of seating for audience members & a great cafe!

PUDSEY IS COMING ALONG TO HELP TEACH THE MOVES –Sunday 11TH November 3:00pm The Starlight Company will be holding a rehearsal at thePoint4 for the 104 participants signed up on Sunday 11th November 3pm-6pm & Pudsey will be here to show us his moves too!

We would encourage anyone wanting to watch to come on down to thePoint4 on Sunday 11th November at 3pm and you can also get to meet Pudsey Bear!

Rebecca White comments “It will be a great event watching the Hereford public getting their tap dancing shoes on with Pudsey by performing a fun routine to the Olly Murs hit “Dance with me tonight!” and help break a new world record, while raising money for some of the UK’s most disadvantaged children & if you’re too shy then just come along to thePoint4 on Sunday 11th & 18th November to watch & support!”

If you have any questions or queries do not hesitate to get in contact with us, we’d be only to pleased to help.
