We work with all ages across the community from babies, to schools, residential care homes and everyone in between. As well as organisations who want to be considerate of the health and well-being of employees.
Our live classes are based in Herefordshire, we also have a library of amazing on-demand videos for you to choose from, wherever you are, so you’ll never be bored!

ADULT CLASSES
Our adult classes take place all across Herefordshire. You can also access prerecorded workouts from our ondemand members area.
All our classes are fun and are for all ages & abilities.
They include Dance Blast, Silver Swans, Ballroom Blitz, Yoga, BarreConcept, Musical Theatre and more...
Alongside our classes we are always here to offer you support & motivation to help you to achieve your goals.
30 DAY FREE YOGA CHALLENGE
You can be a complete beginner or a practiced yogi. We won’t be aiming to do a headstand or anything by the end but what you will have done is opened up your body and your mind by putting away a little bit of time for your health and well being each day.
A little bit often, goes a long way! Each pre-recorded session has a theme and a mantra associated, for example the first one is - Stress relief with the Mantra “Peace is within my reach.”
CHILDREN’S CLASSES
Our children’s classes are run every Monday at Hereford Sixth Form College during the holidays and we also teach in schools! Our children’s classes are much more than just dance. Our main focus is fun!
We bring together a variety of dance disciplines as well as using song, sign and stretching to offer a varied class that Starlight kids love! Starlight children’s classes are a great foundation for dancing and those that have their eyes on the stage!
As we run our regular weekly classes out of Hereford Sixth Form College we host regular performances to help increase children’s confidence. A typical Starlight Dance class incorporates Dance for fitness, Musical Theatre, Jazz, contemporary and Yoga! We have a fantastic range of teachers who all bring their own specialism to the studio! We can also provide PPA cover within schools, run after school clubs or one-off sessions.
CHILDREN’S HOLIDAY STAGE SCHOOL
Since 2012 we have held our Stage School during the Half Term, Easter and Summer holidays for Years Reception to Year 11 at Hereford Sixth Form College, Performing Arts Centre which consist of dance, fun, fitness AND PERFORMANCE! Our next Stage Schools:
Summer Stage School 29th July - 2nd August 2024We prepare children for stage performances, they learn great dance routines and musical numbers incorporating props and learn about how a show is put together and experience life behind scenes, backstage and in the wings. It is a huge amount of fun and increases children’s confidence and skills – it’s an all round learning experience.
STARLIGHT SHOWSTOPPERS
Our Starlight Showstoppers are a professional performing dance group available to add a special slice of entertainment to any event. The Showstoppers are adaptable to any theme so will fit in with your party, charity event, or corporate function. Providing their own music and system, costumes aligned with their routines, they are sure to be a talking point and get the dance floor filled! The showstoppers have performed at many events, including Charity fashion shows, themed balls, private business functions, parties and more! We can also provide teachers to teach your guests however young or old! If its dancing fun you want, then look no further!

What better way to celebrate a special event like a children’s birthday party (from age 4) or hen do, by making that special person shine like a star with a Starlight Dance party! You choose the theme, we’ll plan an amazing dance party that everyone won’t stop talking about! We can come along to your own venue or we have contacts for great halls with lighting and sound systems!
