DANCE BLAST AT HEREFORD SIXTH FORM COLLEGE WEDNESDAY'S - DANCING TO FAB MUSIC FEELS SO GOOD!

A mix of songs from around the world, indie, pop, rock, and theatre. Fab moves that will have you shaking your thing feeling more like a great night out than an exercise class. The time will fly and you'll make great new friends along the way! What is life without a bit of sparkle and a smile!


PLEASE BRING WATER WITH YOU, YOU WILL NOT NEED ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT
PLEASE WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING  - LEGGINGS, TSHIRT, JUMPER/HOODIE AND TRAINERS

IMPORTANT - FOOTWEAR NEEDS TO BE CHANGED BEFORE ENTERING THE STUDIO. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR THE SAME SHOES FROM YOUR CAR INTO CLASS. THERE ARE CHANGING ROOMS ON SITE TO SIT AND SWITCH TO CLEAN WHITE/LIGHT SOLED TRAINERS.
